Register to attend: Basell and A Boxer Tour

Join Oakwood Cemetery volunteer, Dan Pasqule, as he helps you learn about Troy and Lansingburgh’s storied baseball past ⚾. We will visit some of the capital regions early and more recent sports stars, and learn how the game has changed over time. We will also visit the site of one of the area’s most colorful boxer 🥊.

Your registration supports Friends of Oakwood Cemetery in caring for the grounds, restoring markers, and keeping this historic resting place welcoming and accessible for all who visit.

We will be driving from gravesite to gravesite so please meet at theGardiner Earl and Chapel💒 and we will parade slowly through the grounds to get to each location. Please drive slowly and carefully to avoid pedestrians and bikers.
